青山湖区社会福利中心暨星级老年公寓项目占地面积200亩(13.33万M2),主要建设社会福利中心、老年公寓用房及医疗中心、康复中心、小型购物中心、文体中心、食堂和室外文体场所等相关配套设施,其中:占地80亩(5.33万M2)的社会福利中心由政府投资建造,占地120亩(8万M2)的星级老年公寓拟引进资金,兴建1800套高标准老年公寓,建筑面积达12万M2,建成全国一流水平的老年服务场所。目前,南昌市老龄化人口较多且呈加速膨胀的发展趋势,建设区域性、规范化、高标准的老年养老保障服务公寓势在必行,属新型朝阳产业,具有良好的发展前景。

Social Welfare Center and Star Elder Flat of Qingshanhu District covers an area of 200 mu (133,300 M2) which mainly constructs the relevant supporting facilities including social welfare center, residence of elder flat, medical treatment center, rehabilitation center, small-sized shopping center, art and sport center, dining hall abd outdoor place for art and sport. Among them, the social welfare center with an area of 80 mu (53,000 M2) is invested and built by government, the star elder flat with an area of 120 mu (80,000 M2) is planned to introduce capital to build 1,800 sets of high-standard elder apartments which covers an area of 120,000 M2 and will be developed to a top-ranking elder service place in China. At present, the aging population accounts for a large proportion, and its trend becomes more and more serious, which makes the construction of regional, standardization and high-level standard old folks home impending.
