根据南昌市政府“西进、东拓、北控、南延”的城市整体发展思路，城市发展迅速向东渗透，随着市区面积和人口的不断扩张，青山湖区所在的城东片区成为城市商业发展的新的投资热区。借此契机，拟在青山湖区中心商业区内，依托现有的商业基础上，着力打造六大特色商业街区，通过科学的规划布局，商业业态结构的调整，达到扩大总量，提升商贸水平，创造现代流通环境，把商贸流通业培育成区域先导性和支柱性产业，成为青山湖区商业文化亮点。
重点建设的六大特色商业街是：
洪都大道文体休闲街，重点形成文化教育、现代办公、体育健身、购物休闲为主的特色街；
北京东路金融商贸街，重点打造电子商务、金融保险、中介代理、信息咨询、广告会展、劳动培训、就业 服务等为主的特色街；
上海路精品美食街，重点构筑餐饮美食、精品服装、鞋类、化妆品、皮具、家电等为主的特色街；
南京东路家居文化街，重点建成文化用品、品牌家居经销为主的特色街；
江大南路时尚风情街，重点发展时尚消费、休闲娱情为主的特色街；
高新大道餐饮娱乐街，重点形成特色餐饮、休闲娱乐为主的特色街。
现需引进与该商业街区特色相关的专业店、专卖店，望有识之士前来投资兴业。

Six Characteristic Commercial Streets
According to the urban overall development direction of ‘Aim at west, expand to east, control the north, extend to south’ made by Nanchang Municipal Government, the development of Nanchang City extends to the east rapidly. With the continuous enlarging of urban area and population, Chengdong Area where Qingshanhu District located becomes the new investment hotspots of the commercial economy of Nanchang City. Taking this opportunity, relying on the existing business base, Qingshanhu District is planning to build six characteristic commercial streets within the centre commercial area. Through scientific planning, commercial activities restructuring, gross enlarging, commercial level enhancing and modern circulation creating, the commercial circulation industry will be built into guidance and pillar industry and the cultural bright spot in Qingshanhu District.
Key Six Characteristic Commercial Streets are as follows:
Culture & Physical Leisure Street on Hongdu Avenue is the characteristic street focused on cultural education, modern office, sports and fitness and shopping and leisure.
Finance & Commerce Street on Beijing Road (E) is the characteristic street taking e-business, financial insurance, agency, information consultation, advertising exhibition, labour training and employment services as principal part.
Fine & Food Street on Shanghai Road main is the characteristic street composed of catering and food, fine clothing, shoes, cosmetics, leather goods, home appliances, etc.
Residential Culture Street on Nanjing Road (E) is the characteristic street focused on cultural commodities and distribution of brand residence.
Fashion Street on Jiangda Road (s) is the characteristic street taking fashionable consumption and leisure entertainment as keystone.
Catering & Entertainment Street on Gaoxin Avenue is the characteristic street centred on characteristic catering, leisure and entertainment.
