南昌昌东工业区是经省政府批准成立的江西省城市规划范围内最大的省级重点工业园区,规划总面积21.5平方公里,自成立以来,围绕“生态型、集约化、高效益”总体发展思路,园区建设和发展呈迅猛发展的良好势头,目前,一期5平方公里已开发完毕,共引进工业企业355家,累计完成销售收入114.7亿元,完成工业增加值31.8亿元,实现税收5.4亿元。为适应新形势下对工业园区的要求和寻求自身突破,该工业区调整发展战略,重新进行科学规划,拟打造成功能完备、产业集聚、环境良好、特色鲜明、具有强劲竞争力的现代新型工业城,产业形式以工业为主,兼具办公、商业、文化、娱乐、会展等三产。
发展优势:规划面积21.5平方公里内已构成东西“十一横”、南北“十纵”的金十字架道路网络,完成自来水管网建设22公里,日供水达12万吨,建设了110KV变电站一座,基础设施日趋完善;区内已形成针织服装、医药化工、食品饮料等三大支柱,产业集群发展的优势十分明显,并通过三大支柱产业的强辐射带动了上下游企业的发展,产业集群链已初具规模。
建设重点:高标准完善基础设施,全面打通“十一横”、“十纵”道路排水工程,形成往来便捷高效的综合交通体系;高层次培植和引进大型企业,有选择、有重点地培植和引进一批龙头项目、品牌项目、配套项目、高新技术产业项目,建设制造业集聚发展的新型工业城;高起点规划商务配套项目,为满足企业投资者和员工文化生活等各方面需求,利用高新大道、昌东大道、昌南大道等三条主干道两侧的土地资源,规划700亩(46.67万M2)商住用地和500亩(33.33万M2)三产用地,规划建设商务商住中心、产品展示中心、职工培训中心、仓储物流中心、商业服务中心、餐饮娱乐中心等。

Changdong Industrial Park
Nanchang Changdong Industrial Park with the total planning area of 21.5 square kilometers is established under the approval of Jiangxi Provincial Government, and is also the largest provincial-level key industrial park in the Urban Planning Scope of Jiangxi Province. Centered on ‘ecological, intensive and high-efficiency’ overall development thought, construction and development of the Park show a sound trend. The first phase of five square kilometers has completed, attracted 355 industrial enterprises to settle, and reached the accumulated sales income of RMB 11.47 billion yuan, the industrial added value of RMB 3.18 billion yuan and tax of RMB 540 million yuan. To meet requirements under new situation and seek for own-breakthroughs, the Park adjusts development strategies and re-carries out scientific planning for proposed to build a modern new-style industrial park with complete function, centralized industries, sound environment, outstanding characteristics and strong competitiveness. And the form of industries takes industry as importance, and also integrates with tertiary industries including office, commerce, culture, entertainment and exhibition.
Advantage of Development: Within the planning area of 21.5 square kilometers, the infrastructure construction is more and more perfect, which shows that there has been formed an Golden-Cross road-net integrated with 11 horizontal-direction and 10 vertical-direction roads, completed the construction of 22-km water-pipe-net, reached the daily water-supplying capacity of 120,000 tons and also established a 110 kV transformer substation. The Park also has formed three pillars industries of knitted apparel, medicinal chemistry and food and beverages, and also shows very obvious development advantages of industrial clusters. Under the radiation of the three pillar industries, the development of up and down-streams enterprises is also driven, so, the industrial cluster chain is beginning to take shape.
Key Point of Construction: There is high-standard and perfect infrastructure and easy and high – efficiency traffic system via opening 11 horizontal-direction and 10 vertical-direction road- draining projects. To build new-style industrial center with development-centralized manufacturing, the Park selectively and principally cultivates and introduces high-level and large-scale enterprises and a number of leading, brand-name and supporting projects. In order to meet with requirements of investors and staff, the Park plans commercial supporting project with a high starting-point, and plots out commercial and residential land-using of 700 mu (466,700 M2) and tertiary industry land-using of 500 mu (333,300 M2) based on the earth resources on both sides of the three main-road of Gaoxin Avenue, Changdong Avenue and Changnan Avenue. The Park is also planning to build many centers including business-style commercial and residential center, product-displaying center, staff-training center, storage and logistics center, business service center, catering and entertainment center.
Based on the principle of attracting large and strong enterprises, the Park is planning to introduce industrial and commercial enterprises with certain grade and scale to invest.
